Service Description
NSLSolver provides an API service for CAPTCHA solving. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Our service is designed for legitimate use cases such as automated testing, accessibility tools, and authorized web scraping.
Payment & Credit Terms
All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our payment provider OxaPay. The minimum transaction amount is $10 USD. Deposits add prepaid service credit to your account balance, which is spent only on successful solves at the rates published on our pricing page. Failed solves are never charged — you only pay for successful results.
Credit-only, no cash refunds
Deposits are non-refundable. Your account balance is prepaid service credit usable only toward CAPTCHA solving on NSLSolver — it is non-transferable and is not redeemable for cash. We do not issue cash refunds. If you believe you were charged for a solve that failed due to a technical or systemic issue on our side, contact support with the details and we'll review it and, where warranted, restore the affected balance as service credit.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the service only for legal purposes
- Not abuse or attempt to bypass rate limits
- Not use the service for malicious activities
- Not share your API key with unauthorized parties
Service Availability
We provide best-effort uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. Consistent with our credit-only policy, any remaining account balance is forfeited on termination for a violation and is not refunded as cash. You may also close your account at any time through your account settings.
