Service Description
NSLSolver provides an API service for CAPTCHA solving. By using our service, you agree to these terms. Our service is designed for legitimate use cases such as automated testing, accessibility tools, and authorized web scraping.
Payment Terms
All payments are processed in cryptocurrency via our payment provider OxaPay. The minimum transaction amount is $10 USD.
NO REFUNDS
All sales are final. Balance is non-transferable and non-refundable under any circumstances.
Acceptable Use
You agree to:
- Use the service only for legal purposes
- Not abuse or attempt to bypass rate limits
- Not use the service for malicious activities
- Not share your API key with unauthorized parties
Service Availability
We provide best-effort uptime but do not guarantee 100% availability. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service at any time with or without notice. Scheduled maintenance will be announced in advance when possible.
Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you have paid for the service.
Account Termination
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice. No refunds will be provided upon termination. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings.
